My approach to real estate is shaped by more than transactions. As a U.S. Army veteran, real estate investor, and CEO of a successful technology company, I’ve spent years making decisions where preparation, accountability, and execution matter.

After more than 20 years living in the area, I also understand the differences between the Emerald Coast’s beach communities, inland neighborhoods, investment opportunities, and commercial markets.

I founded CR Real Estate to offer clients a more direct experience. You work with me from the first conversation through closing, with clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and personal accountability at every stage.
